4.0 out of 5 stars. Very comfy, runs a bit smallerVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jadeka from NH on Wednesday, April 11, 2018I recently purchased a pair of these (10.5) and a pair of the La Sportiva Primer Low in (43.5). They both should be a 10.5 but I find the Ultra Raptor a bit smaller. 1/4 size at least.

3.0 out of 5 stars. True to sizeReviewed by Griff from Star Valley on Wednesday, April 11, 2018Unfortunately I took the advice to size up and they were too big. I usually wear 10 1/2 and the 11's we're just too big. Unfortunately I will have to send these back.

5.0 out of 5 stars. High quality, good for desert trailsVerified Buyer Reviewed by cyarr from Phoenix, AZ on Monday, April 2, 2018Although sizing is tough to get right (had to size 45 when I normally am a 42) they were very comfortable and seemed rugged enough on my first time out on the trails.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Super StableVerified Buyer Reviewed by mle505 from Rocky Mountains on Sunday, March 11, 2018I first ordered a 1/2 size up then 1 whole size up to make these shoes work. These shoes replaced my Hokas (which I found to become floppy and heavy after 6 mos. of use). They are super stable and snug around your feet. 4 stars only because the toe box feels it needs more cushion.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Ultra Raptors for Ultra MarathonsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Turtle from Idaho on Monday, March 5, 2018This is a lot of shoe and a heck of a deal at the STP price. Only have about 30 miles in them so far but they are breaking in nicely. The fit was initially more tight that I expected even after sizing a half size and getting what I normally wear in La Sportiva (bought online). I would have liked to try another half size up, but more than likely would have been too loose in the toe box as there is always a bit of stretch after the break in period. Great grip on every surface and a nice padded tongue. Seems like they breathe well and dry quick. The ride is a bit stiff and firm which is good on technical stuff, but the comfort also seems to be there for the long runs. I've never had an issue with the quality or durability of La Sportiva and I anticipate these will follow suit. Overall these are fantastic trail shoes and would even make a great light hiker.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Tough Trail Runninf ShoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Robin R from Texas on Monday, February 19, 2018Well built for the trails. Great traction and great support. And comfy.
RUNS SMALL. Width is true but length is a half to full size short. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Small/narrowVerified Buyer Reviewed by Tbro from Oklahoma on Thursday, February 15, 2018Though these shoes are great looking and priced right, I had to return. I found them to be at least a 1/2 size small and very narrow. I usually wear an 11 wide, returned a 44.5(US 11), mainly for width issue.

4.0 out of 5 stars. great valueVerified Buyer Reviewed by the rover from Joisey on Thursday, February 1, 2018tried them on ....they do run small ....go half size larger. not as comfortable as my Bushido Trail Running Shoes but these seem a little more durable. Sole is a little weird compared to Bushidos as well. Bushido's fit like gloves Ultra Raptor has a firmer harder fit .....not sure how will behave when trail run yet
