Love Salomon and love Primaloft so love this jacket

Its very lightweight yet works great by itself on 40-60 degree days. I often wear it under a more water resistant shell for total protection. Primaloft is really nice and I think Salomon uses a higher grade of it. Pretty stoked with the jacket overall, it would be a five star review if not for the lack of a third zippered pocket. Keeps you warm, moderately breathable

I purchased the jacket to use mainly for moderate hiking, in cool, rainy or windy conditions of 35°-55° F. Even though it's thin it surprised me with how well it retains heat.
