This is too sheer (I bought black) to be a “casual day shirt”. It is comfortable, light and does seem to move well in heavier activity, but I would not wear it alone for modesty sake. I do not really understand the point of the shirring at the sleeves, and it does make it odd to put on, but it doesn’t look bad.

I wore with a mid layer and a windproof outer layer and it worked great. They are long enough to almost cover your bottom too, which is exactly what I was looking for. Perfect amount of stretch and I loved that they were thin and lightweight.
