Closeouts. Marmot's PreCip® pants offer powerful waterproof and windproof protection for the backcountry bound. They are made of lightweight, super-compressible nylon with sealed seams, ankle zips and an inseam gusset for full range of motion.
- Made from NanoPro® waterproof breathable nylon ripstop
- Fully seam sealed for complete waterproof protection
- Elastic waist with inner drawstring for a comfortably snug fit
- Zip hand pockets with mesh linings
- Diamond inseam gusset for full range of motion
- Ankle zips with snap closures at the cuffs
- Regular fit tapers at the knees and has a loose cuff opening

The precip pants were key in keeping dry and warm. Light weight and very packable. They easily went over my leggings and my zip off hiking pants. Easy to get in and out of.

Zippers at the bottom so you can get them on over boots and a easy pull cord to cinch tight at the bottom. Haven’t tried them yet in warmer weather, so I can’t speak to how breathable they will be.

They have zippers at the bottom so they can be fitted over your shoes. The seams are taped and they were sized as you would expect. They would be perfect if they had zipper vents like snowboarding pants have, but you can't have everything! If you need dry legs, get these pants.
