Perfect Northwest JacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Rodharete from Oregon on Saturday, February 15, 2020I love Jack Wolfskin quality and was tickled to buy a black one last year - it is the perfect weight and warmth for a casual jacket for the Pacific Northwest. It feels very light,warm but not too warm, has wonderfully toasty pockets and it perfectly waterproof. When it was on clearance for half the sale price I couldn't resist getting one in blue this year although I almost never get duplicates. The fit is fine for me but might be a problem for some. It runs large - I sized down to a medium and it is full cut through the shoulders and slimmer through the hips. Looks a lot better with a scarf.

I ordered it for hiking and would have kept it but it was enormous! I am 5'2", 100 lbs. and ordered the XS. Looked like I was wearing my fathers jacket. Returning.

For a winter windbreaker jacket it is still comfortable. I had to return for a size down for a better fit and it arrived very quickly. The blue color is very attractive as well. Definitely recommending this quality coat.

If I was moving or had a fleece underneath it would have been perfectly cozy. The jacket is long enough to not let my longer sweaters peek out. Love the brimmed hood. It isn't constricting in any way... not a formed fitting jacket & no drawstring which is just fine. I'm interested in staying warm and dry.
