1.0 out of 5 stars. No pit zipsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jmt from Mammoth lakes CA on Monday, February 5, 2018A description of this jacket on another website said this jacket had pit zips. It does not if you are looking for waterproof and venting look elsewhere. Chest pockets awkward for holding any gear. Runs slightly small in the hips. I do have a pear shape figure. 5'9" 160# ordered XL, returning it. Sleeve length was adequate.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Bought this for my girlfriendVerified Buyer Reviewed by cody from scotland on Friday, December 4, 2015I bought this for my girlfriend as she lives in Scotland and it rains in everyday. She has used it nearly everyday and went hiking in the mountains around where she lives and has had zero complaints it fits her perfectly as well. Very good product and does the job great.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Very trim fitReviewed by Anonymous from ADK on Friday, October 30, 2015I love Mountain Hardwear. Almost all my technical gear is made by them. I am a very tall, average athletic build, and the fit is always great; nice long sleeves, appropriate fit through torso.
This jacket was extremely trim and fitted through the torso- to a fault. I use is primarily for XC skiing in very cold weather, and breathability is key as it is cold, but I am sweaty- I am confident that the material will perform nicely, but it feels a bit binding. The arms were great.
Additionally, did not love the placement of the pockets- upper chest. To vent at all it would be right over the [...]!
Bought the same jacket for my husband and his jacket had pockets for venting in a more appropriate place, lower down,
So I am going to try a different model.
Very first dissatisfaction with MH fit! -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Feminine yet functionalVerified Buyer Reviewed by Peninsula Woman from Washington on Tuesday, October 6, 2015Purchased this for hiking and snowshoeing in the Pacific NW. The XL is trim but not too tight, allowing for layering. Nice to look like a woman and not the Michelin man. Have not yet been able to test this jacket in the cold, but will report back.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Love this jacket!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Alaska on Monday, August 3, 2015Though only worn a few times, it held up as expected in the first torrential downpour of Southeast Alaska rain forest I tested it in! The purple/blue color is much better in person than the picture! The fit is fantastic and I've already received MANY compliments on it.
Really hoping it holds up in our weather longer than other shells I have purchased in the past. Looking forward to the Dry Q. Elite rating and quality- if it works as advertised I will be buying again in the future! -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Outdoor windproof jacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Oregon on Friday, April 24, 2015I love this jacket! Tha blue color is gorgeous. The sleeves are a bit long, but it's not a problem because I can shorten them with the velcro.
