XS fits perfectly for people who wear a petite 2 and with or without layers underneath. Sleeves are long enough for long arms. Neck of hood is long enough for long neck and can be tightened comfortably to keep face shielded from wind and rain. I like the slit in lining for phone headphone cord. Bottom of jacket and sleeves tighten well with drawcord. Love this coat! I may buy reflective strips plus lights to wear while walking/riding at night since black was the only color left in XS. At least it's a versatile color! Lightweight fabric feels good and beads water well (tested in light rain so far). Pit zips were convenient on a walk this winter with fleece underneath.

The jacket is light and water repellent. The sizing was about right. I gave it only 4 stars because the chest measurement was a bit smaller in the jacket than was described in the size chart. Otherwise the jacket was perfect.
