4.0 out of 5 stars. another winner from Mountain HardwearVerified Buyer Reviewed by shopgirl from panhandle florida on Monday, February 4, 2019The jacket is true to size, bigger in the shoulders than the ghost whisperer jacket. The teal is a pretty color and the sleeves are plenty long (I'm 5'9").

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great jacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Scout from Santa Rosa CA on Monday, December 3, 2018I love the warmth, color and feel the most. I’m 5’3 short-waisted and the length is perfect. Fit is snug. Warms me right up.

5.0 out of 5 stars. PerfectVerified Buyer Reviewed by Nancy from Nebraska on Friday, November 30, 2018I bought this jacket with myself or my college age daughter in mind. The package arrived. I never got a chance to try it on. She loves it. She is broader shouldered but a smaller person and this fit well. It also was a great neutral color and most of all light and warm.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Good looking and warmVerified Buyer Reviewed by Terri from VA on Tuesday, November 27, 2018I tend to order a lot of MH products because I know they will fit me. I'm 5'10, 160 lbs, long arms, not particularly curvy, but not straight either! I am always pleased with size L with this brand. This jacket is no exception. The color is a sort of matte stone--light moss. Not green. It's muted and very outdoorsy looking. I've gotten compliments on it already. It IS stretchy. It is warm too, but probably not good for temps too much below 30, and not even that if there's wind. It was perfect with a sweatshirt and scarf at an oyster roast, temps about freezing. It has sufficient pockets, is made well, is long enough both in torso and esp. arms, and the collar comes us high enough to keep the wind out. Interior pockets as well. For the price, really hard to beat. For one more year, I've delayed the investment in a Patagonia jacket. As long as I find products like this--well made, attractive, functional, and light--I'm sticking with MH.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent coat for the winterVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from East Coast USA on Monday, November 26, 2018I get cold easily and needed a coat that would keep the frigid cold air out, the warmth in and that was not bulky or stiff. I fell in love with this coat pretty quickly and get lots of compliments on it. Love all the interior pockets too! It is a soft material with a matte finish. There is no leakage of feathers what so ever. Highly recommend this coat!

5.0 out of 5 stars. So warm!Reviewed by Maebs from PA on Sunday, November 25, 2018I got this jacket last week and wore it out hiking through some suddenly cold temps (wind chill around 5 F) and I am impressed!
Fist things first, it is VERY warm and windproof, especially considering how very light it is, and warmer than some of the heavier down coats I've owned in the past. I'm 5'7" ~137, with an athletic build (broader shoulders, long torso, smaller chest etc) and a small fits comfortably without looking boxy or bulky. If you are bustier or plan to layer heavy sweaters underneath you may want to size up as it's fairly trim through the body.
The sleeves are plenty long enough for me, which is unusual, the stretch makes it much easier to maneuver, and the matte green color is subtle.
I'm really pleased with this jacket overall! -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Love idea of this coat and the colorVerified Buyer Reviewed by Arborist from West Michigan on Sunday, November 18, 2018Unfortunately, the fit of this jacket is off. I am usually a medium, 5-9, 140 and not large chested, yet the medium was tight through the chest. So I tried a large, which was too big in arms, stomach, hips, but did fit across chest. Returned both.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Love jacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Kebel from Acton ca on Thursday, November 8, 2018I first bought this jacket in the blue in small but returned because it was snug and the blue was pretty light in color so I reordered in the green in medium. Super soft but durable not cheap looking like most packable jackets. I’m 5 ft 112 pds and I liked the fit in medium with room to layer. The sleeves a bit long but they are fine. 3 nice size pockets on the inside

4.0 out of 5 stars. Odd fit for meVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mimi from New Mexico on Monday, October 29, 2018I'm always between a small and medium, so after reading other reviews I sized up. It's a bit too big and frumpy looking for my frame, but it'll work with a few layers underneath if I ever need it.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Fit a little tightVerified Buyer Reviewed by Kebel from Acton, ca on Thursday, October 25, 2018Love the color of this jacket and has a nice stretch to it but was still a little to snug for me. I ordered a small I’m 5 “ 114 pds. The length and sleeves fit well so I’m afraid a medium will be to big will see. Overall a well made jacket.
