4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice JacketReviewed by Hutash from CA on Thursday, October 19, 2017Just got this, and haven't used it yet, but first impressions are very good. Great fit, just enough room for layers, but not bagging. I have the medium, 5'10" 165lbs.
I would like a removable powder skirt, but this jacket is so light for a pretty bomber shell that it is really not an issue. The weight of this is great, much better then any other full three layer shell I have owned. Nice pockets, pretty plentiful, but a outside chest pocket would have been nice instead of the should/pass pocket.
My only complaint so far is that it is a very noisy jacket and crinkles like paper, at least id does brand new.
This will be used for downhill and back country skiing when the weather dictates a hard shell. It will also get some use ice and alpine climbing, and should excellent in those uses due to it's light weight and yet bomber construction. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Top of the line shell jacket.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Squeaky G from California on Tuesday, December 15, 2015I'd compare the fit of this jacket to the Arc'teryx Alpha jackets, cut just right for superior mobility and made of the some of the toughest materials ever laid into a shell. The powder skirt is a nice touch, although I wish it was removable in the event I'd like to use this jacket for something other than its intended purpose on the snow (I'll admit that a pretty minor complaint.)
Overall the highest quality she'll jacket I have ever purchased. -

5.0 out of 5 stars. Absolutely love this jacket!Reviewed by Jake808 from Hawaii on Tuesday, March 4, 2014First thing I have to say is that I haven't had a chance to take this out on the slopes yet. That being said, the first time I tried this jacket on was in Whistler during my last ski trip. I wanted it ever since, but it was just way too expensive for me. When I saw this on STP, I ordered it right away! This jacket fits better than any ski jacket I have tried on. It is light and has that sort of "crinkly" gore-tex pro, but has all the features I need for skiing. I can't wait to hit the slopes again in this jacket!
