5.0 out of 5 stars. For NY TripVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Miami Florida on Monday, October 30, 2017Bought this for a trip to NY I will be taking in late November to Early December. Wanted something flexible and lite on the suitcase. Have not been to NY yet, but like the jacket very much so far. Looks great and have been using the outer shell as a rain coat, we get lots of rain down here.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Worth it just for the shellReviewed by Anonymous from Boston on Thursday, December 24, 2015The inner fleece liner is heavy, and the arms are super long, so I don't wear it by itself. In fact I don't wear it zipped into the shell either- a puff jacket is much better as it's so much lighter.
The shell is awesome; great fit (I'm a 42R in a suit/sport coat and the large fits like it was made for me), warm lined pockets and collar, key chest pocket for quick phone access even with gloves, and light weight. The hood is also removable, which is nice when it's not raining and you want an even more streamlined jacket. I'm comfortable in this and a sweater down to about 30 degrees. It also fits nicely over my down sweater for when it gets to be frostbite weather. And the orange haze color is terrific.
I got it for $89, which was a ridiculously good deal just for the shell- which is how I use it. First rate gear.
